My vision is to lead a Sheriff’s Office that protects life, respects dignity, and earns the trust of every citizen. Public safety is strongest when law enforcement and the community work together. I am committed to transparency, accountability, and fair enforcement of the law—ensuring that every person is treated with respect, regardless of background or neighborhood.

Served as the juvenile probation officer for the 10th judicial district.

Arkansas Department of Corrections and the Dermott Juvenile Facility.
